Each lung we have contain of 300 million air chamber. It provides the lungs a large surface to absorb oxygen from the air breathing, if those chambers deployed on the surface of the covered area of area of a tennis court, lung take half a liter of air in the normal breathing when the muscular effort takes ten times, this amount to provide an additional amount of muscle oxygen through its crisis with a large effort and when the lungs containing 3 liters of breathing air filled with adult during the day the amount of air is enough to fill a thousand large balloon.

How can we employ those physical force to get the relaxation, health and required change, hence the concept of the mind and body which reflects the skills that provide a great deal of self-expression and reflection of internal and relax and imagination, where we depend on our ability to use our minds to get healthy changes in our bodies, as well as the use of force to get our bodies healthy changes in our minds and its Influence of moving the hospital to force our minds, reduce stress level, and improve our physical emotional and spiritual being.

The goals of the mind and body to self-care "Treat yourself" including increase the awareness and understanding of the body, use the inner wisdom for someone to develop treatment, reduce tension, increase calm and wellness, emptied your cup, and mind novice.

Mind and body includes ten sessions and each meeting has a goal of a therapeutic techniques including the initial graphics session; self-motivation session, breathing and movement session, the body scanning session, food meditation session, the dialogue session with the symptoms, family tree session, the wise mentor session, and the graphics session. Each session go through several arranged steps, such as meditation for opening (relaxation), examination of feelings, art theory, the application of skill, examination of feelings for the application of skill, the final meditation session.

Lie on the floor or sit comfortably on the chair, lie on your back, put your feet on the ground, close your eyes, breathe deeply, take inspiration from the nose and imagine yourself smell the roses in your hand, hold our breath for a minute and come exhale from the mouth, imagine that there are a candle in your hand, turn it off quietly, back to the place you are in, move your feet and then open your eyes with a smile, from here you already have started in the opening meditation relax.

Sessions have a strong impact for people who have faced to trauma or suffer from psychological, social, economical or emotional problems. This is shown through the ten sessions through feeling comfortable and happy, being able to solve problems, building strong relationships between family members, overcome the problems, obstacles and worries and change pessimism look to optimism one.
